Usually, the three most important steps in a sheet metal factory are cutting, punching/cutting, and folding.
1. Metal plate production process
Metal sheet metal processing is called sheet metal processing. For example, using sheet metal to make chimneys, iron drums, oil tanks and kettles, ventilation pipes, large and small elbows, round corners, funnel-shaped shapes, etc., the main processes include cutting, bending, forming, welding, riveting, etc., which require a certain amount of geometric knowledge.
Modern sheet metal durable processes include: filament power winding, laser cutting, heavy processing, metal bonding, metal drawing, plasma cutting, precision welding, roll forming, metal sheet bending, forging, water jet cutting, etc.
2.Process functional requirements

3.Production process
Generally speaking, the basic equipment of sheet metal parts factories includes cutting machines (Changzheng Shear Machine), CNC punching machines (CNC Punching Machine)/lasers, plasma, waterjet cutting machines (Laser, Plasma, Waterjet Cutting Machine)/composite machines (Combination Machine), bending machines, as well as various auxiliary equipment such as uncoilers, leveling machines, deburring machines, spot welding machines, etc.
